Through its joint venture partner, QRTDW, IHFD has the ability to manufacture, install and operate micro-hydro power systems in Afghanistana and the region.  So far, QRTDW has manufactured and insuccessfuly installed dozens of  hydro power systems in various parts of Afghanistan.

QRTDW's manufacturing facility in the heart of Kabul, enables IHFD to design, manufacture and install similar systems for use on behalf of government agencies, donor countries, local communities and private persons throughout Afghanistan.
