Through its Joint Venture Partner, QMC, IHFD offers monitoring and quality control services for construction projects on behalf of the client. We intervene to serve as the clients’ representative and quality controller to monitor and inspect construction projects. Our technical team proactively engages with local subcontractors to provide on-site technical guidance and expert advice to maintain the highest work quality. We take full responsibility for any construction deficiencies due to poor workmanship, poor material or non-compliance with regulatory requirements, which may undermine the quality of the project.
