In cooperation with QMC, IHFD contracts large and small design-build vertical and infrastructure construction projects in Afghanistan and the region.

In parnership with Sun Engineering and Construction Management Corporation (SECM Corp), IHFD has a strong US trained and experienced design team, which is capable of designing complex construction projects in compliance with international standards. IHFD's design team is based in the US and works in close cooperation with its local joint venture partner, QMC, to ensure that the designs also take the real life situation on the ground in Afghanistan and the region into consideration.

IHFD/QMC's field staff fully understand the situation on the ground, are familiar with local regulatory requirements and are highly qualified to implement such projects.

So far, IHFD and its joint venture partners have implemented numerous construction projects in Afghanistan, while its design team has been responsible for successful completion of dozens of very complex and high cost projects throughout the United States and the Middle East.
